In November, we will host an in-depth training session on JEDI Recruitment, primarily targeting our Line Manager team. Building on the success of our 2024 roundtable, which sparked meaningful conversations and innovative thinking, this session aims to provide practical guidance on the do’s and don’ts of JEDI Recruitment. Our goal is to equip our leaders with the tools they need to foster a more inclusive and equitable hiring process.  Date TBC.
