What do you do?  We have been designing, developing, manufacturing and retailing lighting products for over 90 years. Companions for creatives and users globally, we have always supported and enabled people to put light on their thoughts and visions. We want to continue to responsibly support these individuals, ideas and actions along with their products throughout their lives and beyond.

Why is JEDI a focus for your organisation?  JEDI is one key part of a larger framework and core purpose for us which internally we call "Great Place to Work."   Supporting all individuals to enable them to contribute, create and deliver their best work, in a fair and reasonable way is rewarding across the board and can deliver a positive culture, results and involvement within the communities we operate.

Why has your organisation chosen to become a Founding Member of JEDI MATTERS?  Honestly speaking, we are a small business, with a small team of people. JEDI can be a complex, challenging but constantly improving and evolving focus for all. We want to help others to continuously improve, along with ourselves, whilst also learning from others on this journey who want to enable change and improvement in these areas across business and society.

What do you hope to achieve from JEDI MATTERS?  As a group to share thoughts and practices to support others to enable changes and improvements within our businesses and societies. Bringing other businesses, large and small along on this journey.  For our own business, I hope it can further improve our "Great Place to Work" framework, culture and experience for our own employees.
